It's one thing to get photos taken but it is totally another to put them out there for people to see.
I was really hesitant to put up these pic because I hadn't changed that much and that made me feel like I'd kinda failed. But then I realised that it was a GOOD THING that I hadn't changed that much. I've gone from running to picking up and putting down heavy things and really hadn't changed.
I AM NOT BULKY!!!!

Training for 10km races, running ones that is. (not cycling or SUP). F.I.R.E training
From 2003 until Feb 2014, a tick over 10 years, my focus was pretty much running. I participated in 4km to a full Marathon across those 10 years. I started running because I thought it was the best way to keep my weight under control and I thought I'd be the exception to the rule about women not bulking up with resistance training.
How wrong I was!
February 2014 was when I hit the pause button on my distance training.
Let me tell you this, it wasn't an easy transition from being a "running-with-weights-on-the-side" girl, I was still apprehensive about how my body would respond to the change in training choice but as I'd been looking at the changes in other women I'd begun to feel more reassured that I wouldn't get bulky and chunky.
I haven't bulked up, in fact my clothes are getting bigger (or is it me getting smaller?)

And here I am now, not bulky nor chunky. In fact, I know now, that if I DON'T keep picking up and putting down heavy things, I will end up with more wobbly bits than I care to think about.

I really am no different to you.
As a female who was a 1/2 decent sprinter, discuss & javelin thrower and rower, I always thought I'd be a chick who'd bulk, so if I don't bulk, then it's highly unlikely that you would would either.

Lean Tissue doesn't make you bulky or chunky.......Cupcakes do!
