MMMMM Pancakes! So yummy but I couldn’t tell you the last time I made pancakes. I have a very vague memory of my brothers and I mixing up pancake batter in the farm kitchen and squeezing lemon juice everywhere. I think sugar and honey may have also been in the mess. 1.5kg chicken breast, minced.
1 cup frozen beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 cup mashed grey pumpkin. Approx 1/4 pumpkin
1 packet frozen spinach
6 tablespoons rolled oats
Stock powder - veggie or chicken.
Cook pumpkin. Mash up. Add 1 heaped tsp stock powder and ground black pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 180 d

6 times a week I head off to the local primary school in Miners Rest to meet up with a great group of people who are a part of the Nexus BT fat loss group training community.
As I walk through the school gates I see 5 sculptures, 4 of which really resonate with me.

And when I tell them, they say that they couldn’t possibly eat that much.

I know that many love Brussels Sprouts but they are also a vegetable that has a long reputation of being detested by some and are the classic vegetable that no one wants to try, especially children. Perhaps it is the odour that follows them to the table that is off-putting.
