People ask me all the time what I eat.

I know that many love Brussels Sprouts but they are also a vegetable that has a long reputation of being detested by some and are the classic vegetable that no one wants to try, especially children. Perhaps it is the odour that follows them to the table that is off-putting.

Are you scared of Food? I know I was.
Terrified that it would make me fat.
It didn't matter what the food was, I'd be checking the calorie amount and weighing each piece to make sure that I stayed under my daily calorie allowance.
