"One is never over-dressed or under-dressed with a Little Black Dress." —Karl Lagerfeld
I wonder what his take might be on a LBD that is first worn in 2008 and again in 2015....
Facebook is good for finding old photos that you thought were long gone and the chance to look back in time to see how far you've come.
In the 2008 pics I was hitting the gym at least 5 times a week and training for a minimum of an hour each time.
Cardio, Cardio, Cardio.
I'd do some bodyweight exercises on the days inbetween cardio days, but never, ever with extra load. I'd bulk up if I did.....well wasn't I wrong.

Too much time spent believing the marketing gurus that are behind the sales of female fitness mags. Too much time spent worrying about calories, eating too much fat; because ALL fat is bad.
Fast forward to 2015.....
I really started lifting. Oddly enough I didn't bulk up.
No way I'd be fitting into that LBD if I'd managed to pack on all that bulk muscle that I was afraid I would.

Methinks this needs to read
"Nothing tastes as good as lean feels." —Kylie Lanyon
Being skinny was frigging hard, soul destroying, exhausting, work.
Being lean is still hard work but it strengthens your soul, boosts your confidence and gives you more energy that you ever thought possible.
Plus you end up with great arms (and butt and legs and, well, a great body)

If you are like I was, scared of lifting weights, scared of eating lots of food but are sick of being run down, sick of being tied to long, exhausting cardio sessions and sick of not getting the lean body that you want, then join me and transform your body in 2016!!
