Here are another few DYI I.C.E (intense cardio exercise) sessions that you can do whilst away from the Nexus Body Transformations stable.
"Run like you stole something"
Seconds Pro Timer App makes timing this workout a breeze.
Set up two markers (water bottles, towels, Frisbees) about 15 paces apart.
Round 1. 20 sprints and 100 squats.

Run from cone B to Cone A do 5 squats
Wait til the timer beeps (set timer for 30 secs)
Repeat above 10 x.
The longer it takes you to get through each set the less rest you have before the next one!
Round 2. 20 sprints and 100 jump squats. 30 secs. 10 x rounds. 5 jump squats at the end of each sprint.
Round 3. 20 sprints and 100 jumping jacks. 30 secs 10x rounds 5 jump jacks at the end of each sprint.
Round 4. 20 sprints and 100 burpees. 45 secs. 10 x rounds 5 burpees at the end of each sprint.
Set up timer so have 30secs between each round.
