It's ok to eat Pizza anytime I like? Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

Pizza that Speeds Fat Loss??!!
Pizza Base.
650 grams of cauliflower.
2 eggs whisked lightly
2 tablespoons low fat grated tasty cheese.
Method.
Process cauliflower in food processor until finely chopped. Using a microwave safe bowl, cook cauliflower in microwave for 8-10 minutes or until very tender.
Leave for 5-10 minutes to cool down.
Strain cauliflower to remove excess water. (Can use a linen tea towel and twist or a fine sieve, pressing down with a wooden spoon to squeeze out excess water).
In a bowl combine tasty cheese, eggs and cauliflower.

Preheat oven to 230c/210c fan forced. Line a 35 cm x 30 cm (if it's smaller tray you'll have a thicker crust) with baking paper. Press cauli mix out on the tray.

Bake for 20 mins or until golden.

Suggested Toppings.
steamed or roasted pumpkin.
steamed or roasted or grated carrot.
fresh corn, cut off the cob.
chopped or grated purple cabbage.
chopped red and/or green capsicum
Chopped tomatoes. (could even be spread on the base and layered upon)
Cooked, shredded Chicken (approx 90-100gms per person)
Cooked, finely chopped lamb, beef, etc etc.
Your ingredients are only limited by your imagination and what your digestive system likes.
Method
Add your preferred toppings.

Sprinkle another 2 tablespoons of low fat tasty cheese over the pizza.
Stick back in the oven for another 10-15 mins.

Slice, plate up and ENJOY your guilt free PIZZA!.
